FEDORA - The European Circle of Philanthropists of Opera and Ballet is a non-profit organisation that supports creativity and innovation in the future of opera and dance in Europe. FEDORA acts as a European quality label promoting innovative opera and dance co-productions, created by emerging artists, through the FEDORA Prizes and the Next Stage Grants, as well as its online platform, co-funded by the European Union's Creative Europe programme.
The association uniquely combines European public and private funds to develop new funding models to encourage the sustainable, inclusive and digital transformation of the 130 European opera houses, dance festivals and institutions that are part of its cultural and philanthropic network.
We are looking for a new team member to join our international team as Innovation & Partnerships Trainee.
The Trainee reports to the Innovation & Partnerships Manager, but will work closely with all team members to gain insights about the work in a cultural organisation.
The Trainee will gain an understanding of the management of the innovation & partnerships department at a non-profit organisation (that is co-funded by private sponsors and the Creative Europe programme of the European Union) while upholding the highest reporting and audit standards, including collaborations management, artistic project sourcing, operating knowledge of softwares such as Salesforce, project funding, business skills related to cultural institutions and expand their personal and professional skills and network.
